PLEASE NOTE: I shoot the property as is, please ensure it is ready and if the property is dark or requires extra lighting equipment, the customer must inform us ahead of time.
CINEMATIC VIDEO TOUR
Premium photography reveals the true interior colors and views outside the window. This technique yields a professional result for online portrayal and optimal for printed materials. If requested, for a modest add on, images can be turned into a Video Gallery of a 1 minute video with music, and simple profile text of the property.

PHOTO DELIVERY: Approximate turnaround time to receive photos is up to 2 business days. (e.g. If the photoshoot is on Friday the photos will be published by Tuesday.)
Please Note: Results depend on the type of lighting inside the property. The recommended light bulb for the best image results is 3500 Kelvin. Ensure that the bulbs are the same in every room for consistent lighting or there will be variations between the images.
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/ VIDEOGRAPHY
5-10 aerial photos are included on average. Also (if purchased) a minimum of 1-minute video (although they are usually longer.) The purpose of my aerial photography is to present the property or subject from the air to help market it to potential buyers. It provides a perspective not possible from the ground alone and to give a broader view of how and where the property is located, what amenities might be available, as well as vantage points that cannot be reached otherwise like over water or obstacles.
$125 Stand alone 5-10 Images
$300 Aerial Photo & Aerial Video. 5-10 images and 1 minute (minimum)* video with music.
Campfire Solutions/Ron Watford is licensed, insured drone photographer and FAA approved remote pilot.
I will do the aerial media at the same time as the Premium Photography or Cinematic Video shoot if purchased as part of a package. If a different time is requested for each photo shoot, there will be an additional Revisit Charge of $55.
* Video will be at least 1 minute in length but, it is usually 2-4 minutes long. The shoot will depend on many factors such as location, size, obstacles, and airspace. (A small apartment inside a complex covered by trees will have a substantial less interest than a 7000 sf home on an open lot.)
Approx turnaround time is 48 hours from the time of your shoot. If the photoshoot is on Friday the photos will be published by Tuesday.
PREMIUM PHOTO & CINEMATIC VIDEO PACKAGE
If you want still photos AND a cinematic walkthrough then this package will cover both at a modest discount. You will get everything that is in each of the Photo and Video packages. If you request, some (or all) of the pictures can be combined in the video. This will add up to a minute extra of footage but can be adjusted to your needs. Contact me to discuss what vision you have for the final production.

This is the COMPLETE all inclusive package for any property the requires the ultimate media coverage. All of the above packages included together in shoot. This package optimizes the full impact of utilizing media to show the true potential of any property.
Onsite coverage will last a minimum of 2 hours depending on size of property and any other factors that can effect the time on location.

Exterior Multi-Media (Stills/Video/Aerial) of entire build project from beginning to completion. Can cut individual update videos during build and/or a 1-2 minute final video of entire build. (This is a starting price and based on a 3 month build of Aerial Video Only.)

TWILIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY
Twilight Photography is taken by capturing the soft glowing light from the sky when the sun is just below the horizon. The beautiful twilight photo will help your property stand out from the competition, and help to showcase your property in an alluring way.
This photography is scheduled just before the sunsets between 5:30 p.m. in the winter to 8:30 p.m. in the summer season. Any accompanying premium photography shoot will be scheduled right before this time.
